1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales and services provided by Kingivabrik LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through the website www.companygifts.eu. By placing an order, the customer (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agrees to be bound by these terms.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, sales, and deliveries made by Kingivabrik LLC through its Website or by email. By placing an order, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation. Any differing or additional terms proposed by the Client are only valid if expressly accepted in writing by Kingivabrik LLC. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms for future transactions without prior notice.
We sell products both to business clients (B2B) and private consumers (B2C).
All prices are stated in euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT, which will be added as applicable.
The minimum order value is €250 without VAT and shipping.
The descriptions, images, and other product information displayed on our Website are provided for illustrative purposes only and may contain minor inaccuracies or variations in colour or layout. While we strive for accuracy, slight deviations may occur due to printing, lighting, or screen differences. Kingivabrik LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice, provided this does not affect confirmed orders.
2. Ordering Process
- The Client submits an order through the website or by email.
- Based on the provided information, Kingivabrik LLC prepares an order confirmation.
- Upon confirmation, we send the Client a print proof file for approval.
- Once the print proof file is approved, an invoice is issued for 100% prepayment.
- The order will go into production once full payment has been received. Delivery time will be calculated from that date.
3. Payment Terms
All invoices must be paid in full before production begins. Payments are accepted only by bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice. No other payment methods are currently available.
Invoices must be paid within the time limit stated on the invoice.
Suppose payment is not received by the due date. In that case, Kingivabrik LLC reserves the right to charge late payment interest at a rate equal to three (3) times the legal interest rate, plus a fixed recovery cost of €40 to cover administrative expenses.
The Client will bear any collection or legal costs incurred by the Company due to non-payment.
The Company retains full ownership of all goods until payment is received in full.
4. Production and Delivery
Orders are produced and shipped within 4–30 business days, depending on the product type, print method, and destination. The planned delivery time for every product is included in the order confirmation.
Goods are dispatched from Tallinn, Estonia, using one of the following couriers, depending on the delivery country: DPD, Eesti Post, Itella, DHL, GLS, Venipak, or TNT.
Free shipping applies to all orders exceeding €500 (excl. VAT).
For smaller orders, delivery costs are 19€ (excluding VAT).
5. Print Proofs and Artwork Responsibility
The Client is responsible for providing correct and complete print-ready files, including colour codes (Pantone, CMYK).
By approving the print proof file, the Client confirms that all details — including layout, text, and colours — are correct.
Any request to modify or cancel an order must be made in writing before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations or modifications are not possible.
Minor variations in product appearance, colour, or print positioning cannot be grounds for cancellation or refund.
Kingivabrik LLC is not responsible for print defects or colour variations resulting from files provided or approved by the Client. Such goods cannot be returned or refunded.
6. Inspection and Complaints
The Client must inspect the goods upon receipt and notify Kingivabrik LLC in writing of any defects or issues within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Complaints must be submitted by email to hello@companygifts.eu and include:
- The order number
- A clear description of the issue, including the quantity of damaged goods.
- Photographs (if applicable)
Claims submitted after the 14 calendar days period may not be accepted.
7. Returns and Refunds
Custom-printed or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund, except for manufacturing defects or errors made by Kingivabrik LLC.
Standard (non-customized) products may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided that they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the Client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
8. Liability
Kingivabrik LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, transport delays, supplier issues, or strikes.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, and graphics, remain the property of Kingivabrik LLC or its licensors.
The Client warrants that they hold all necessary rights and permissions to use logos, artwork, or other elements provided for customisation.
By submitting such materials, the Client grants Kingivabrik LLC a non-exclusive right to use them for production purposes.
Kingivabrik LLC may use images of completed projects for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of Estonia govern these Terms and Conditions.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the Harju County Court, Tallinn, Estonia.

Kingivabrik LLC reserves the right to modify and/or complement at any time these terms and conditions for future orders.
